While the potential of this place is clear, there were a few challenges that might leave future guests pondering. My experience began with a warm welcome from the staff, who were genuinely dedicated to ensuring a personal touch. Unfortunately, my eagerness quickly faded as the cleanliness of my apartment didn't meet expectations, and the A/C was on the fritz. I had anticipated a tranquil escape, perhaps with a smart TV, but it fell short. That being said, the hotel's amenities like the health club and outdoor pool offered an inviting atmosphere for relaxation after a day of shopping in the city. The staff were responsive to my needs, which alleviated some concerns. As someone constantly roaming the streets of Milan and Florence for fashion inspiration, I hope to see this property embrace its luxurious potential with a bit more attention to detail moving forward. I look forward to witnessing the transformations should they continue their renovations. For now, I would say enjoy the warm reception, and perhaps wait to see how things unfold.
